The project aims to develop cross cultural and bilinguism habilities among schools and universities students of Colombia. Trainees have the opportunity to teach classes and delivery activities in english and other languages in a challenge environment where they can develop themselves while developing others. The project has between 6 months to 1 year duration.
English Teaching:

Develop english teaching classes through didactic activities.

Create and implement evaluations based on the 4 ability’s required on the english learning.

Take part into the extracurricular activities prepared by the organization.
Teacher Assistant:

Develop english teaching classes together with a local/foreign teacher.

THRIVE IT
Thrive it is a project based on Colombia's needs of creativity and innovation for better jobs development. Trainees have the opportunity to work on small, medium and big companies developing marketing strategies and position, strategic planning and business improvement. The project has between 6 months to 1 year duration.

InStart works with Colombia's entrepreneurship, mainly between early and medium stage of life, supporting their development and development path through innovative process, services and products, creating a stronger entrepreneur position in the country.
