WE SPEAK
This project aims to support the language learning process of children and teenagers from 5th, 9th and 11th grade. The low rate of bilingualism in the country has become an obstacle to Colombian professionals high competitiveness and we believe this reality should be changed first at school.
JOB 1. Development children and youth social skills through interactive learning English.
JOB 2. Assist to Incoming Preparation Seminar - IPS on the date determined by the Local Committee.
JOB 3. Attend weekly meetings of planning project activities.
JOB 4. Show a project impact report at the end of 6 weeks.
JOB 5. Participate in Global Village and LEAD sessions organized by the committee.
ECO MUNDO
This project aims to educate on the importance of environmental care and the responsibility for our daily actions that cause constant damage to the planet. We want Colombians to behave as owners of a country and a planet with limited resources.
JOB 1. Make workshops about recycling, tree planting, urban gardens and garbage collection with members of the community.
JOB 2. Assist to Incoming Preparation Seminar - IPS on the date determined by the Local Committee.
JOB 3. Attend weekly meetings of planning project activities.
JOB 4. Show a project impact report at the end of 6 weeks.
JOB 5. Participate in Global Village and LEAD sessions organized by the committee.
PROYECTARTE
The poverty and education conditions in which many children grow up in the country are not adequate, neither their family nor their social environment. This project seeks to build a career plan for these children through art and culture.
JOB 1. Help children who have had a difficult childhood to create a career plan through workshops of art and culture.
JOB 2. Assist to Incoming Preparation Seminar - IPS on the date determined by the Local Committee.

PEACE MAKERS
This project aims to contribute to administrative shortcomings, marketing and fundraising that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the whole country have, and work with them to increase the positive impact that they already make with their projects.
JOB 1. Create educational workshops of peace and coexistence through sport.
JOB 2. Assist to Incoming Preparation Seminar - IPS on the date determined by the Local Committee.
JOB 3. Attend weekly meetings of planning project activities.
JOB 4. Show a project impact report at the end of 6 weeks.
JOB 5. Participate in Global Village and LEAD sessions organized by the committee.
SYNERGY
This project seeks to promote coexistence, respect for others and the collective consciousness of a new Colombia in peace through civic and cultural interventions that integrate the whole society: children, teenagers, adults and elder citizens.
JOB 1. Improve administrative processes (marketing, fundraising, accounting, etc.) of the NGO.
JOB 2. Assist to Incoming Preparation Seminar - IPS on the date determined by the Local Committee.
JOB 3. Attend weekly meetings of planning project activities.
JOB 4. Show a project impact report at the end of 6 weeks.
